STUDY GUIDE FOR THE PROFESSIONAL ESTATE AGENT: NQF LEVEL 4

On 17 April 2009 the Estate Agency Affairs Board proudly announced the launch of the Study Guide for the Professional Estate Agent: NQF Level 4, which was an important step for the introduction of the National Qualifications Framework for estate agents.

The Study Guide for the Professional Estate Agent NQF Level 4, a textbook for non-principal estate agents produced by the Estate Agency Affairs Board has received an Award for Pre-Licensing Best Study Material.  The award was presented to the EAAB at the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO at the annual general meeting recently held in the USA, Miami, Florida.

The Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO) announced on 19 November 2009 that Mrs Nomonde Mapetla, the Chief Executive Officer of the Estate Agency Affairs Board, had been appointed as Senior Vice-President of that organisation.  This is the first time in the history of ARELLO, which was established in 1930, that this immense honour has been bestowed on a non-North American estate agency regulatory jurisdiction and redounds to the credit not only of the EAAB but, also, of South Africa as a whole.

The Estate Agency Affairs Board cordially will be having an exclusive launch of the Study Guide for Professional Estate Agents NQF Level 4.  This authoritative, multi-disciplinary and comprehensive work will not only be required by Learners and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Candidates, but will also appeal to practicing Estate Agents.  The Launch will be held on the 17th April 2009, at the EAAB offices from 09h00am to 11h00am
