Regulations on New Education Dispensation
As many estate agents will be aware, the Board intends introducing the National Qualifications Framework for estate agents with effect from next year. The draft Outcomes Based Education and Training regulations giving effect to this were published in the Government Gazette on 13 August 2007. Stakeholders have been afforded a period of one month within which to send their comments on the regulations to the Department of Trade and Industry. The proposed education regulations are, in the interests of stakeholders.
