On 19 April 2011, the Estate Agency Affairs Board, represented by A.B. Scarrott Attorneys, brought an application as a matter of urgency before the South Gauteng High Court asking for certain interim relief against Constantia Sectional Title Management (Pty) Limited and its then sole director, Quintin Brown.

We confirm that the hearing of the application brought by the EAAB in the South Gauteng High Court for interdictory and other relief against CSTM has been enrolled for hearing in Court 6E tomorrow, Tuesday 24 May 2011 at 10:00am, so soon thereafter the matter may be heard.
The EAAB instituted proceedings against CSTM in the South Gauteng High Court on 14 April 2011 under case number 15402/2011.
