Fund Purpose
The Fund is established for the following:
- To reimburse person who have suffered financial loss as a result of dealing with an estate agent e.g. theft of trust monies;
- Payment of insurance premium;
- Payment of expenses involved in the control and management of the Fund;
- Public awareness Programme.
