All Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) staff, estate agents and stakeholders and new applicants are hereby informed that, with effect from 1 December 2011, the EAAB will no longer be accepting any payments made by cheque.

The Estate Agency Affairs Board is calling all persons who have suffered monetary loss as a result of the above mentioned persons' failure to deposit and/or retain trust monies in a duly designated trust account, to lodge claims with the Estate Agent's Fidelity Fund.
