Mandla Mdlulu
Adv. Mdludlu a former Clerk of the Court at Mount Frere who later worked for the Department of Public Works in Mafikeng is serving on the Estate Agents Affairs Board for the second time and is an admitted advocate of the High Court, holds the degrees of BIuris and LLB degrees as well as a Certificate in Labour Law. He previously worked for a Teacher’s Training College and an insurance company in Cape Town. Because of his consumer expertise he was appointed as a member of the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) after opening its offices in Cape Town. He has previously served as a member of the Western Cape Rental Housing Tribunal and as Board of Director for Cape Town International Convention Centre (Pty) Ltd. Currently he is chairing the Valuation Appeal Board of Breede River/ Cape Winelands Municipality and is also sitting as a member of Audit Committee for Social Cluster which comprises three departments in the Western Cape. Because of his Constitutional law background he also served as a examiner of the Film and Publication Board. He was instrumental in the creation of the National Housing Consumer Consultants CC Enterprise.
