Procurement
The Estate Agency Affairs Act of 1976 established the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) to ensure regulation of the estate agents industry in South Africa. The EAAB operates under the umbrella of the Department of Trade and Industry (the dti).
The purpose of the Procurement Policy Manual is to ensure the delivery of the above whilst ensuring these activities are consistent with the Governance, Risk Management and Compliance requirements and standards of the EAAB within the legislative framework.
