A complaint relating, inter alia, to the alleged mismanagement of funds by Beyers Realty Group (Pty) Ltd (“Beyers Realty Group”) and its members was lodged with the Estate Agency Affairs Board (“the Board”). The aforesaid complaint was lodged with the Board through, amongst others, its whistle-blower hotline, [087 285 3222].

Following an in-depth investigation into the complaint, the Board has now briefed its attorneys to deal with the complaint in court as a matter of urgency.

Any member of public with any information in respect of the conduct of Beyers Realty Group and its members (or any other complaint for that matter) is invited to contact the Board on 087 285 3222.
